Our Story
Our company was founded in 2010 as a rebellion, an adventure and out of love. After 7 years of high volume executive search work I was married with a one year old daughter. The experience of becoming a mother makes you reconsider and reprioritize things in your life. One of those things, for me, was work. Executive search is a tough industry that does not always carry the best reputation. The long hours no longer fit with my new family and the transactional, impersonal, nature of the business was becoming a drain. So, I rebelled. I set out to change the reputation of executive recruiters (extremely idealistic, I know). With the support of my husband and his entrepreneurial spirit, I started my own business, an adventure for me and my family.
Since 2010, the decision to go out on my own has changed our lives for the best. Candidates and clients have responded well to our approach. The ability to make business decisions that consider honesty and respect as much as dollars and cents gives us motivation. And, the thought that I am building a legacy for my 2 daughters is more inspiration than I could ever need.
